Adds CONTRIBUTING.md: PR workflow (branch -> just lint/test -> PR -> green CI + 1 approval -> squash-merge), commit rules, code style/analyzers, tests, definition of done, invariants and the asset-placeholder note. First PR through the new protected-main flow.

PR template is written to be filled by an assistant: it prompts for a plain-language
summary and requires a screenshot/recording for any visible change, plus the gate
checklist. Issue templates: feature/task (Scope + Definition of Done, per our standard)
and bug.
